折延宏，男，三级教授、理学博士、博士生导师。
先后入选陕西省青年科技新星（2016）、陕西省特殊人才支持计划-青年拔尖人才（2018）、西安石油大学青年拔尖人才（2012）等人才支持计划。

二、个人经历
分别于2007年、2010年取得硕士、博士学位，先后在加拿大University of Regina计算机系、山西大学计算机与信息技术学院从事博士后合作研究。
